Where the programme stands
Evolution announced the repurchase programme on 18 May 2026 with the aim of reducing its share capital and optimising its capital structure. Citibank executes the purchases and decides their timing independently of the company, in line with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and its safe harbour rules.
Since 19 May, Evolution has bought back 18,539,688 shares in total. It cancelled 16,168,492 of them, those acquired up to 21 September, during September. That left the group holding 2,371,196 shares in treasury as of 23 October.
Evolution has 183,058,121 shares in issue. Its holding of own shares cannot exceed 10% of that figure, which puts the ceiling at 18,305,812 shares.
