gamitas.com is operated by Gamitas (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you are using it for an employer, you confirm you may accept them on that employer’s behalf.
What the service is
Gamitas is a B2B information service and marketplace. It publishes information about iGaming suppliers, licensing jurisdictions and industry events, and lets you send an enquiry to suppliers you select.
We are not a party to anything you go on to agree with a supplier, we take no commission on it, and we do not vet suppliers commercially. We do not operate iGaming services, accept wagers, or act as an agent for anyone listed.
It is not advice
Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a professional relationship between us. Compliance pages summarise licensing regimes from public sources for commercial research; they are a starting point, not an opinion on your position. Take advice from someone qualified in the relevant jurisdiction before you act.
Accuracy, and its limits
We take accuracy seriously and publish our method openly — see how we verify data. Every record carries a verification tier saying how well we know it, and licence records link to the issuing regulator’s own register wherever one exists.
Even so, the site is provided as is. Registers change, sources go stale, and mistakes happen. We do not warrant that everything is accurate, complete or current, and before you rely on a licence you should open the register link and check it yourself. If you find an error, tell us — it is the single most useful thing you can do here.
If you list a company
- You confirm you are authorised to act for the company and that what you submit is true and not misleading.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish what you submit — including your logo — on Gamitas and in material about Gamitas. You keep ownership of all of it.
- You do not decide your own verification tier. A licence you add is recorded as a claim until we confirm it on the issuing regulator’s register.
- We may edit a listing for accuracy, house style or length, and may decline or remove one that is misleading, unlawful, or outside what this site covers.
- Keep it current. An out-of-date listing is worse for you than no listing.
Acceptable use
You may read the site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not:
- systematically extract, copy or store the database — by scraping, crawling beyond normal indexing, or otherwise — or build a competing product from it;
- resell, redistribute or sublicense the content;
- use enquiry forms, contact routes or any address published here to send unsolicited marketing;
- impersonate a company or a person, submit anything you know to be false, or claim a profile you are not authorised to claim;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or attempt to reach parts of it you are not authorised to reach.
Search engines indexing the site normally are welcome; our robots.txt says what we would rather they skipped.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, its writing and the structure and selection of its database are ours or our licensors’. Company names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify those companies — their presence does not imply any endorsement in either direction. If you own a mark and object to how it is used here, write to [email protected] and we will deal with it promptly.
Enquiries you send
When you send an enquiry we pass it to the suppliers you selected, and to nobody else. We do not guarantee that any of them will reply, and we are not responsible for what they say or do afterwards. What happens to the personal data in an enquiry is set out in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
We link out constantly — to regulators, to suppliers, to event organisers — because a claim you cannot check is not worth much. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site or from any dealing with a supplier you found on it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, if these terms are broken or if we have to for legal reasons. Where circumstances allow, we will say why first. You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Where a change is significant and you hold an account, we will tell you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
