What to expect
We are a small team. Corrections are the priority and usually get looked at within two working days; everything else we aim to answer within five.
Two things we cannot help with, so you do not waste a message on them: we cannot give legal or regulatory advice about your licence position, and we cannot pass on complaints about a supplier’s conduct — that is a matter for you and them, or for the regulator named on the licence.
