HIPTHER AI Summit 25 March 2027 Prague Week announcement

HIPTHER is launching the HIPTHER AI Summit 2027, a new international conference dedicated to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. It takes place on 25 March 2027 at OREA Hotel Andels Praha, immediately after the HIPTHER Prague Summit on 23–24 March.

The new day turns HIPTHER Prague Week into a three-day event and includes a €40,000 startup challenge for early-stage AI and cybersecurity companies.

AI and cybersecurity only

The Summit is built around a single focus: AI and cybersecurity, with no side tracks. It aims to bring together AI founders, developers, researchers, CTOs, CISOs, investors, cybersecurity professionals and policymakers from CEE, the Baltics, the Balkans, D-A-CH and beyond.

Topics on the programme include generative AI and LLMs, AI agents, enterprise AI adoption, threat intelligence and SOC, AI in fraud detection and AML, ransomware and incident response, Zero Trust, the EU AI Act and cybersecurity for regulated industries.

Three parallel formats

The day runs across three environments:

  • Stage 1: panels, keynotes, case studies and regulatory discussions on AI and cybersecurity.
  • Stage 2: the HIPTHER AI & Cybersecurity Startup Challenge, with startups pitching to investors and a live audience.
  • HIPTHER Academy: four practitioner-led courses with limited seats. Topics and enrolment will be announced separately.

€40,000 startup challenge timeline

  • Applications open: 16 November 2026 to 31 January 2027
  • Eligibility review and jury evaluation: February 2027, leading to a Top 20
  • Online semifinals: March 2027
  • Final 8: live pitches in Prague on 25 March 2027
  • Overall winner: €40,000 investment

The full investment structure, eligibility requirements, evaluation framework and competition rules will be published when applications open.

"The conversation around artificial intelligence has evolved rapidly from theoretical potential to real-world deployment, governance, and security. We built the HIPTHER AI Summit to cut through the noise and create a focused space where the builders, security experts, and innovators shaping this next era can connect directly with investors and industry leaders. By pairing our rigorous agenda with the €40,000 Startup Challenge, we are actively putting builders on stage and providing the capital and platform they need to scale.”

Gamitas view

The AI day sits straight after the HIPTHER Prague Summit, which covers gaming, fintech, payments, regulation and compliance, in the same venue. For iGaming suppliers already travelling to Prague, it is one extra day rather than a separate trip.

Several programme themes are already practical concerns for operators and their suppliers, notably AI in fraud detection and AML, threat intelligence and the EU AI Act. Suppliers working in these areas are listed under fraud and risk and AML on Gamitas.
