Instant Win Gaming (IWG), which supplies eInstant games to NASPL and WLA-member lotteries, has launched Daily Streak, a feature that rewards players for playing on consecutive days. It is live with two North American lotteries, and three more are due to launch it later this month.
How Daily Streak works
A player's first entry each day into a participating game triggers a wheel spin that sets their enhanced benefit for that day. Players who come back the next day keep their benefit level or move up, while missing a day resets the streak and returns the wheel to its starting level.
IWG says the feature can be built into a wide range of games to fit each lottery's prize and game requirements, so it can be used across a portfolio rather than in a single title.
Where it is launching
- Atlantic Lottery: the first to go live, with Daily Streak Expander.
- Pennsylvania Lottery: live with Next Level Loot.
- Kentucky Lottery: Daily Streak Boost, later this month.
- Virginia Lottery and New Hampshire Lottery: Daily Streak Expander, later this month.
Daily Streak Expander starts on a 3x5 board. As players climb levels through their daily spins, the board grows, opening more prize opportunities and bonus game features.
