It connects to casino management systems such as IGT Advantage, Konami SYNKROS, Aristocrat Oasis 360 and Everi kiosks, so players can pick and redeem rewards at the slot machine, a kiosk or on mobile. Orders are fulfilled through retail partners with no stock held by the casino, and AI features refresh catalogues and personalise offers. The company says it delivered more than two million gifts in 2025 and runs at more than 100 casino properties in North America. It was founded in 2017 by Jon Reuben and Joe Hall.
