Brightstar Lottery PLC is a London-headquartered lottery group, listed on the NYSE, with principal operating facilities in Providence, Rhode Island and Rome, Italy. The company, registered in England as International Game Technology PLC until July 2025, supplies lottery central systems, the integrated OMNIA retail-and-digital platform, retailer terminals, self-service vending machines, iLottery and draw and instant games. It reports serving nearly 90 lottery customers on six continents and being the primary technology provider to 26 of 46 US lottery jurisdictions. It also operates lotteries directly, including the Italian Lotto licence.
