Alongside its own games it distributes live racing and live sports pictures and data, and runs an aggregator platform that lets operators schedule multi-vendor content through a single API. The company is part of Arena Racing Company (ARC), which completed its acquisition of Vermantia after holding a major stake since 2018. Vermantia says it serves operators in 35+ regulated markets.
