SBC Summit Rio returns to Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro from 2 to 4 March 2027 for its fourth edition, following the 2026 event that SBC describes as a celebration of Brazil's betting and gaming industry. The show combines a conference programme with an exhibition floor and is built around Brazil's newly regulated betting market. The organiser expects more than 15,000 industry leaders and specialists, with operators, affiliates, suppliers, payment providers and government and regulatory figures among the audience. Previous editions ran content streams on leadership, technology, marketing and payments, and featured Brazilian federal officials among the keynote speakers. Affiliates actively driving traffic to iGaming operators can apply for a free VIP pass covering the conference, exhibition and networking programme, and the Affiliate Leaders Summit runs as a dedicated track with its own exhibition space. Registered attendees get access to the SBC Connect networking and meeting app from 25 January 2027.
SBC's recap of the third SBC Summit Rio (3-5 March 2026, Riocentro) reports growth in participants, operators and affiliates and 250+ speakers across three stages. The article confirms the summit returns on 2-4 March 2027.
Ahead of the 2026 edition, SBC partnered with Brazilian responsible-gambling association ABJR and compliance body ABC-Bet. The tie-ups position the summit as a forum on regulatory maturity and player protection in Brazil's regulated market.
SBC named InsightPlay.ai official AI partner for the 2026 summit. Its AI concierge 'Bruna' answered attendee questions on schedules, speakers, exhibitors and logistics via WhatsApp and Telegram in English and Portuguese.
