9 – 10 Nov 2026·Gibraltar, 🇬🇮Gibraltar
Prediction Markets Summit Europe 2026 is the first European edition of Eventus International's prediction markets event, held in Gibraltar on 9-10 November 2026. Gibraltar was chosen because it issued its first prediction market licence under the Gibraltar Gambling Act 2005 in March 2026 and has since set out a licensing framework for the sector. The programme is aimed at regulators, platform operators, financial market participants, investors, legal and compliance advisers and technology providers. Published themes include European regulatory classification and MiCA, cross-border licensing, event resolution, market integrity, the role of blockchain and AI, and institutional participation in prediction markets. The format is compact: an invitation-style pre-event reception on the evening of 9 November, followed by a single conference and expo day on 10 November that closes with a networking drinks reception. Gibraltar's Minister for Justice, Trade and Industry, Nigel Feetham KC MP, is billed to give the opening address, with speakers from the Gibraltar Gambling Division, gaming law firms, compliance consultancies and prediction market platforms.
