The 2026 Gaming in Germany Conference is a one-day event on 10 November 2026 at the DoubleTree Ku'damm hotel in Berlin, organised by Gaming in Europe for people working professionally in Germany's regulated online gambling industry. It brings together operators, trade associations, lawyers, regulators and market analysts. The programme is built around the ongoing evaluation of the 2021 State Gambling Treaty (GlüStV 2021), strategies against offshore and illegal offerings under the #ReclaimTheMarket banner, and whether new products such as prediction betting, sweepstakes and eSports betting can be offered legally. Further blocks cover online casino table-game licensing in the federal states, the future of state gambling monopolies in Germany and Austria, Austrian re-regulation, re-licensing from 2027, the EU's new AML/CFT rules and a German market data update. Confirmed contributors include a senior GGL representative (keynote), the presidents of the DOCV and DSWV trade associations, and speakers from Tipwin, Kaizen, Adyen, Docaposte, H2 Gambling Capital, Melchers, Noerr and the University of Vienna. Networking runs through a pre-conference dinner, coffee breaks, lunch and closing drinks.
