It runs as the paid-entry conference alongside the free-to-visit BEGE 2026 exhibition, and the organiser describes it as bringing together regulators, operators, suppliers, affiliates and industry experts from across Central and Eastern Europe for two days of discussion and networking. Day one, themed "The Future of Entertainment & Global Titans", opens with an invitation-only VIP C-level networking breakfast hosted by AGIB, followed by keynotes from Rossi McKee (Telematic Interactive Bulgaria, AGIB Honorary Chair) and Dinos Stranomitis (Altenar). Sessions include a "Clash of the Titans" debate on Web3 and crypto casinos, a forum on the future of gaming in 2035, a panel on gambling sponsorship bans in sport, an IMGL Master Class, a session on AI, blockchain and next-generation payments in fraud prevention, and a media debate on journalists, influencers, platforms and AI. Day two, "The Next Frontier: Regulation, Innovation & Clashes", covers a Responsible Gaming Foundation case study on AI and player protection moderated by Pieter Remmers, the EU AI Act, gambling advertising restrictions in Europe, a GLI-sponsored Regulators' Roundtable and a "Mega Debate" with online audience voting on AI and global brands.
