CGS Rio 2027 is the fifth Rio de Janeiro edition of the CGS conference run by CGS Events, scheduled for 2 March 2027 at the Hotel Windsor Barra. The organiser positions it as the event that opens Brazil's 2027 gaming calendar and the first stop of its four-city CGS Brasil Tour 2027. The one-day programme targets decision-makers from operators, suppliers, regulators and institutions, with a focus on the next regulatory developments in Brazil's gaming market and on emerging verticals such as casinos, VLTs and lotteries. The organiser expects more than 200 iGaming industry leaders. Alongside panels on regulation, technology and market trends, the CGS format includes structured networking: coffee breaks, an executive lunch, a Chat & Wine session and a closing cocktail, with simultaneous translation in the conference hall. Agenda and speakers for 2027 are still to be announced.
The organiser announced a separate executive forum in Brasília on 1 December 2026 linking federal regulators and industry on compliance, payments, AML, licensing and responsible gaming. It extends the CGS Brazil programme ahead of CGS Rio 2027.

Only executives who have bought a ticket can access CGS Rio. The organiser describes the event as aimed at iGaming professionals, regulators and C-level executives.
There are two options: a pass giving access to the conferences only, or a Full Pass that covers all activities, including the executive lunch and closing cocktail.
Conferences have simultaneous translation in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Translation equipment is collected on entering the conference hall.
