The Casino Marketing & Technology Conference (CMTC) is Raving's annual learning event and tradeshow for casino marketers, billed by the organiser as the longest-running conference dedicated to casino marketing, technology and analytics. The 2027 edition takes place on 13-14 July 2027 at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota. It targets senior operators, general managers, marketing directors, promotions and analytics specialists and marketing teams from Tribal, commercial, racino and online casino operations. The format mixes beginner and advanced classes, live peer roundtables, an "Ask the Experts" feature and bookable one-on-one sessions with presenters, alongside a tradeshow floor of marketing technology, agencies and continuity suppliers. The Host Player Development Conference runs back-to-back at the same venue, and a combo pass covers both. Attendance can earn University of Phoenix college credits, and Raving offers a Tribal Scholarship and Mentorship Program covering a full pass for eligible Tribal members.

Announces Joseph Pine, co-author of The Experience Economy, as keynote of the July 2026 CMTC at Pechanga Resort Casino. His talk covers how casinos can move beyond experiences towards guest transformation, with implications for loyalty and personalisation.
Raving named Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California as host of all its conferences in 2025 and 2026, including CMTC and HPDC. It marked the first time the marketing and host conferences were held outside Nevada, at a Tribal gaming property.
It takes place on July 13-14, 2027 at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota, with the Host Player Development Conference running back-to-back.
Breakfast and lunch are provided on all conference days, and there are evening networking receptions mainly serving drinks. Hotel and travel are booked separately.
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is the host hotel, with a conference rate of $179 per night for standard rooms (booking code to be announced). The nearest airport is Minneapolis-Saint Paul International (MSP), about 23 miles or a 30-minute drive away; the hotel has no airport shuttle.
Registrations are non-refundable once paid, but a registration can be transferred to another team member up to seven days before the event.
Most attendees wear business casual; dressing up for the evening events is welcome, and layers are recommended as room temperatures vary.
Teams registering three or more people save 33% on every pass until April 30, and larger groups can ask about Super Group packages. Eligible Tribal members can apply by June 4, 2027 for a scholarship covering a full access pass.
