Founded in 1992 and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1999, it supplies lotteries and betting operators with lottery systems (LotosX, LotosX Omni), the INTRALOT Orion sports betting platform, player account management and wallet solutions, retail terminals and gaming management systems. After acquiring Bally's International Interactive business it also operates B2C online brands in the UK and Spain, including Jackpotjoy, Virgin Games and Bally Bet. Bally's Corporation controls a 58.723% voting stake through three holding entities.
